the best is that this thread is about more than a single conflict only because he either can’t or won’t focus, and instead seemingly intentionally conflates every aspect of US foreign policy

This appears to be a developing story and the facts aren't necessarily known. Lots of our adversaries around the world blame America for the ills their governments and societies suffer, in order to deflect blame away from themselves. Few things help to solidify a population and quell dissent like a foreign adversary.

And while it may turn out to be true that these are American CIA agents as alleged, that you find this funny without yet knowing the facts strikes me as not only offensive, but is right in step with the never-ending hate America first theme you promote here.

It's somewhat fitting that someone in denial over adopting and amplifying Putin's bullshit pretext talking points would engage in rhetorical games commonly played by the Putin-aligned, like saying enough vague and imprecise things (or even "just asking questions") such that you can find ones that weren't obviously wrong (and declare them, prematurely but who cares, to have been right).

regarding the Iranian dood, Q says he had info on the lapses in quality control at Boeing.

It's also rumored the last thing he said was, "Kobe!"

but for real. I know I'm annoying to do this, but let's do this. If you guys are gonna keep painting me in such a condescending and misleading way, I can't help but want to clear the air.

Besides, while I realize that you guys find my views to be annoying, I dunno if any of you guys realize that I find your views here to be, among other things, a certain sort of...just...well...fascinating.

So let's do this! In roughly reverse chronological order.

um.

excuse me?

I've never once denied that I've been inevitably exposed to Russian propaganda. I've maintained that all along. I've even gone so far as to compare and contrast my views with Putin's rhetoric, point for point, and even admitted I agree with him on certain things! But still overwhelmingly disagree.

I haven't been "just asking questions" here. That's another misrepresentation.

but, shit, just in case it's not, let me just ask this question:

has it even occurred to you that your views here are overwhelmingly, if not exclusively, formed by some cartoonishly oversimplified good-guy-bad-guy propaganda, peddled to you by the exact same dipshits who pulled WMDs in Iraq? And that your single biggest symptom of that propaganda conditioning is to knee-jerk anything and everything that doesn't fit with that view, as bad guy propaganda? (And/or just eventually concede that your views are limited by your own stubborn lack of understanding)

shut. the. fuck. up. Everybody's tired of your bullshit. It's round in circles with you ignoring every piece of evidence and sourced rebuttal and coming back to your own nonsensical "points" that either Putin or some hairy armpitted bumble babe told you. It's nauseating. give it a rest.

lack of understanding...look in the mirror doofus. Goddamn you're either purposely ridiculous, or an idiot.

This appears to be a developing story and the facts aren't necessarily known.
Indeed, the facts aren't necessarily known. It seems peculiar, though, that while there's plenty of stories about it from sources across the globe, the only western media to run the stories are, like, a couple British tabloids?

For real, one thing that can go a long way toward actually objective world views is consuming media from more than just one nation or region or alliance's sources. I suggest you give it a try!

Now, given our nation's long history of perping things like coups across the world, I think it's at least plausible we tried for another in the Congo. Do you?

BTW, there's been lots of fussing for a while now that the situation in the Congo is a mess, and a humanitarian crisis even worse than in Gaza, at least among the bleeding heart types who care about that kinda shit. But, again short of any reliable western media to articulate the details, who knows, I guess.
Lots of our adversaries around the world blame America for the ills their governments and societies suffer, in order to deflect blame away from themselves.
But if America DOES do something like stage a coup for the sake of installing some puppet government to be friendlier to us and our interests, I think it's at least within the realm of possibilities that there really is some blame to be had.

Few things help to solidify a population and quell dissent like a foreign adversary.

This one could just go, like, SO many different directions in this thread.

And while it may turn out to be true that these are American CIA agents as alleged, that you find this funny without yet knowing the facts strikes me as not only offensive

forgive me if "funny" isn't the best reaction here. That's not my exact word, but since I did go with "lulz," let's allow it.

But...offensive? May I ask why it's offensive that, given the facts we DO know about the U.S. historically staging coups like all over the world, maybe this is a "where there's smoke there's water" situation in real time here? Okay, fine, maybe that IS just asking questions. But I just don't understand why it's something looking like a duck and swimming like a duck and quacking like a duck, yet it's offensive to call a duck just yet.
but is right in step with the never-ending hate America first theme you promote here.
um...when have I ever said I hate America?

That's an awful strong word.

And, please do correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain I've never said I hate America. I'm afraid that's you trying to mischaracterize me, yet again.

In fact, I've expressed things I DO appreciate and value about America. One of the big ones is, I have the freedom to criticize America. That's a huge one! And if we don't have that one, then I'm not sure we even have freedom after all.

And if you do want to take that freedom away from me, then that's a whole 'nother can of worms, but I hope you don't.

Fair enough?

Actually, that can jive with my world view.

but, that's kind of a red herring; just an illy-sort of move.

I agree, I'm not often right.

My comment was more that I hate when I AM right, which is a different direction, and seemingly only meant to condescend. Kindly refrain, please?

Makes me wonder what you really think of it here.

And, if I may ask you, what do you think of our own government's response to the news of ICC warrants?

Are you familiar with how Israel has taken the news, compared to how Hamas has?

It's true! I saw some blue eyed blonde girl named Marry Mengele Sonshine wearing a keffiyeh while in her garage with posters of Yahya Sinwar and Ismail Haniyeh behind her, talking about it. She kept saying the words genocide, apartheid, intifada, and zionism, so I know she's super smart and knows what she's talking about.

I wonder if, say, Ukrainians blame Zelensky for Putin reacting in precisely the way he did.

Sure, but only if you're intelligent enough, and thorough enough, to determine if those sources are legit. As well as comprehend what it is you're consuming.

It does not appear you're capable of any of that.

I am sorry, but it's pure comedy watching you preach at some of these people. People significantly more accomplished and intelligent than you. Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, etc. Successful adults. With families and careers.

But you're the enlightened one? The guy struggling his way through life? Makes sense.

I don't mean that to be overly harsh, but it's the truth. These last few years have been a downward spiral for you. I hope you kind of come to grips with it, take some accountability for the issues you have in what appears to be every single aspect of your life, and turn things around for the better. I can't for the life of me figure out why you spend your days here at this point in time. This can't be fun or enjoyable for you.

He literally asks, "is there is any evidence to suggest what, or who" and then less than 30 minutes later (without providing any evidence) states - "in all likelihood those poor hostages were killed by Israeli forces".

When you care more about having a unique pov, being a contrarian, than performing the due diligence necessary to know what's actually going on.
Actually, the due diligence necessary to know what's actually going on often requires one to consider points of view that may seem unique or contrarian, at least to those unwilling or unable to consider any points of view other than their own.
