Withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza. Check.

Hamas still exists and stay in power. While eventually Netanyahu will no longer exist and will be removed from power. Check.

Hamas doesn't do anything without the support of their sponsors. Putin is largely responsible for the autocrats posing as populists in Europe, and certainly Has his tentacles all over the Middle East. Hamas does not arm itself. It is a proxy for fundamentalist terror regimes.
