I assume that they are using a product similar to what condo management companies use where all of the rental info for every unit is monitored so that all of them stay in a comparable zone. Basically price fixing.

This is a classic trust. Good for the AG snd FBI. This is a Harlan Crow business though. Must survive contact with corrupt SCOTUS
