Since you said that, I am going up to M's (even though I am confident you were referring to J) office right now to take in the aura and reminisce.

5 thoughts/questions/possible answers......

1. What happened before this video - who instigated the confrontation?
* I can't/won't guess.

2. If it was the "activists", did they know he was Jewish, and if so, how?
* They probably didn't until he said something to them.

3. Why didn't he walk away at the beginning of the video?
* Only he knows.

4. What percentage of people that tried to "cancel" him regret it after watching the entire video?
* 1%

5. What does he say after he says, "you're a terrible person"?
* I have no idea.

It can't be said often enough: Fuck Netanyahu.

In other news: The polio virus has been detected recently in sewage in 6 different locations in Gaza.

It's a difficult, horribly complicated situation, but it doesn't have to be this way.

Fuck Netanyahu.

I can, and to a strong degree - I do agree with your sentiment but.....
There is a lot of but. Starting with you are 100% right that "it doesn't have to be this way".

An aviator for the United States Navy recently became the first American woman ever to score a victory in air-to-air combat, the service said. The fighter pilot, who was not identified, earned that distinction after knocking down a Houthi drone, one of dozens of attack drones launched by the Yemen-based rebel group that have targeted civilian merchant ships in the Red Sea and surrounding waters, according to the Navy. Houthis say the attacks are a direct response to the devastation in Gaza since the start of the Israel-Hamas war...

Wouldn't it be terrible if the Harris story buried the latest Netanyahu/Republican attempt to screw a Democratic president while simultaneously promote the Republican du jour? And this, after Biden showed up after the Oct. 7th massacre to assure Israelis we were with them, while hugging Bibi? Gratitude much?

Vice President Harris has declined to preside over the Senate chamber when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addresses a joint meeting of Congress on Wednesday afternoon...

I have never hit a woman.
I like to think I never will but I would have fully supported the the woman with the sunglasses getting smacked in/on her head to knock the stupid out of her.

Put me in the same situation....

"What is your job"? He gave a solid answer. I like to think I would have said the same thing or something similar.

"What are you doing here, do you support Palestine"?
* I would have said, "I'm standing here observing you and everyone else". "Yes, I support some facets of Palestine but I sure as shit don't support Hamas and what happened on October 7th".

"Get the fuck out of here".
* At that point I like to think I would have ignored her but I probably would have told her, "If you have half of a working brain you should realize I have as much of a right to be here as you do. At least I am not defacing property and who the fuck do you think you are to tell me to get the fuck out of here"?

When she started saying, "Zionist over here guys"...
* I would have asked her, "Do you know what a Zionist is, why are you labeling me a Zionist when I never told you anything that should make you label me Zionist, what is your purpose in telling other's I am a Zionist, and it is probably in your best interest to stop because if anyone lays a hand on me you along with them will pay the consequences".

Then if I spoke to her in Arabic and she asked me, "Huh"? Followed by "you're a liar".
* I would have said, "I am speaking the language of Palestinians and you don't understand me. Let me help you, what I said in Arabic is - have a nice day. What are you accusing me of lying about? I have not lied to you about a single thing".

I couldn't make out the rest of what she says but the kid in the sun glasses wearing the Jordan shirt with the Palestine flag who is trying to look like an intimidating tough guy - If he took a step towards me or said something to me, I might have said to him, "Dude step back, your watch band tells me you're not as tough as you like to think you are. I'm curious, do you own an American Flag and have you ever draped it around you? By the way, Michael Jordan is pro-Israel (He's probably not but I am 99.9999% the kid has no idea one way or the other) you fucking goof.

If we survive this madness, Biden will, on the strength of his 2020 campaign and his record in office, go down as a top-10, perhaps top-5, President.

But my goodness, every single day that Kamala is the 2024 candidate makes it howlingly obvious that Biden should not have been the 2024 candidate.

listening to Harris give a couple speeches/starements, and then watching Biden’s Oval Office address…it just made me feel bad for Biden. I’ve no doubt that he could and would still make the “right” decisions, but there is such a stark and obvious difference

Just saw a live photo op video of Trump with the Republican Senator from Jerusalem, Netanyahu, sitting at a table with some other people at La-Boca-Vista, (or whatever you call that place). The lighting was horrible, the room looked like something out of 1940s movie, and all Trump did was run Biden and Harris into the ground and talking about how he would have pulled a rabbit out of his hat and solved all the problems in the Middle East if he'd been reelected, or will if he's reelected.

Nice look Bibi, I hope it comes back to bite your ass, hard.

Republican Senator from Jerusalem is a good label for Netanyahu.
I have thoughts and theories regarding Netanyahu. One of them is that there is little chance he would let Trump have power over him - and it's quite the opposite.
How the fudge does Trump think HE can solve the issues peacefully?

Ok, so this is what gets me. Such a complex situation that gets overly simplified.
I know people will counter with a - "But it is simple, innocent people are being killed and it's wrong".
Yes, it is 100% "wrong" but it's not "simple".

Headline.... "At least 30 killed and over 100 injured in an Israeli airstrike on a school in Gaza, Palestinian officials say".
* Horrible! Right?

The beginning of the article - "The Israeli military it had launched the strike in order to destroy a Hamas command and control center inside the compound".
* Adds more context and gives a bit of a different perspective from the headline, right? I mean, if the headline was "Israeli military airstrike destroys Hamas command and control center", many people (other than supporters of Hamas) would be ecstatic. Right?

Then.... "Most of the victims from the school arriving to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the aftermath of the attack were women and children".
* Horrible.

Then.... "More than 4,000 displaced people were housed in the school".
* Horrible.
* I am not saying the Israeli's are telling the truth but if it is true, that there is/was a Hamas command and control center inside the school, then I say two wrongs don't make a right but fuck Hamas as much as (if not more than) fuck the IDF.
