I think Tatum is a better player than Durant at this moment so I'd put him at the SF spot.
If you could somehow get Durant and Tatum on the court together, I'd do that, and bench Anthony Edwards ( he's a stud but so is everyone on the roster ).

I think this is a bit much but there's smoke here.
Kerr won ( though I think maybe Gutter could at least get USA to bronze ) but I think he made some mistakes along the way.

Tatum should have been playing over Ant.

And Haliburton probably should have been playing over White.

My guess is that some of it is on Kerr, and some of it is on LeBron Steph and KD and their preferences on who they were surrounded by. But that's just a wild guess.

The "matchups" thing seems like the PC answer. Tatum can matchup with anyone.

Booker was the unsung hero of team usa. Completely changed his play style to compliment the big 3 of steph lebron and Durant. Tatums ego didn't allow him to do something like that. Booker put team USA first and became a role player and I gained a lot of respect for his game

Agreed. And there is a tweet out there of him saying he planned to do just that from a few years ago.
