Huge Caitlin Clark fan here,(Assist Queen). She continues to frustrate the other teams with her amazing court vision. So much fun watching her games.

Did you happen to notice, unlike before, now that they've played together for a little while and got a chance to practice together during the Olympics, everyone on the Fever, even Mitchell, immediately gets the ball to Caitlin after a defensive rebound, because they know she can make things happen. When she's running up court with the ball, don't look away because she'll fire it the length of the court to anyone on her team streaking ahead of her with an edge on their defender.

And how about Hull? 8 for 10 from the floor, 6 of 7 from 3?

I guess she was a star at Stanford.

Sun 80

The Fever broke an 11 game losing streak to Connecticut, and won their 9th game at home out of the last 10.

And the Fever travel to the Windy City on Friday where Caitlin meets up with Angel Reese to get the team up to equal wins and losses.

Fun, we can watch Reese miss 9 bunnies and celebrate all the rebounds that generates.

I just realized something. The Fever are in town. As I was walking home from work around 1:30pm, there were people standing outside the Ritz and I thought for sure they were waiting to get autographs from the Mets. I was right.
I wonder where the Fever are/were staying. I have to assume there would be a lot more people trying to get CC's autograph than there were people trying to get the Mets players autographs.
Idiot me could (should?) have been one of them.

P.S. I wonder if more people will be at the Mets/Sux game or the Fever/Sky game tonight.
Did anyone see the White Sox attendance figure for game 1 of yesterday's double header? Neither did I.
I 100% guarantee there will be more people at the Sky/Fever game tonight than there were at the Sux game yesterday. This was taken after the 5th pitch of the game.

They sure were. They were so dominate to start the game, it looked like the beginning of a runaway.

Nice turnaround for Indiana to be able to lead by 5 at the half after being down by 10 at one point in the first half.

Mitchell has been on fire since the Olympic month off. She's 7-10 from the field, 3-4 from 3, and has 18 points at the half.

Clark has 15 and it 6-9 from the floor and 3-5 from 3.

Today In: ____ing Baller!

Sold out on the road in Chicago, average ticket price $387, at times it sounded like a home game for the Fever.

How can you not pull for a team that's gone from 1-8 to 16-16 and a likely playoff spot?

On defensive rebounds and steals at the other team's end, whoever's playing the Fever knows they have to keep people back or race downcourt on defense because CC is not bashful at all about throwing the ball ¾ the length of the court to a streaking teammate every chance she gets. It can lead to turnovers, but it also leads to a ton of layups.
