Even without regard for their relative tendencies toward criminality, this is not a hard choice.

And as I said yesterday, in my opinion there is NO conceivable policy justification for an American to choose a king above the law over a President who is subject to it.

You would have to ask the Supreme Court, which made itself the sole authority on the extent of Presidential immunity.

That is the point.

It is about a Supreme Court that has broken perhaps the most essential foundational principle of our country.
