Currently bracket shows us as a 4 in dukes bracket. Purdue, lsu, tech. Houston as the 3s.

Getting back to the topic at hand and moving away from testicles -

By both Palm's and Lunardi's bracketology, 9 of our 13 non-cons are in. And 7 of 10 Big 12 teams. That means 21 out of our 33 games so far have been against teams that will be in the dance. And after today it will be 22 of 34.

Not in among our opponents this season - Louisiana, Stanford, South Dakota, Eastern Michigan, Okie State, Texas and West Virginia

Not surprising that all of the computer rankings give us a #1 (KenPom/Sagarin) or #2 (BPI) strength of schedule ranking.

Oh and BTW, I have 4 tickets (that I won't be using if KU isn't there) to the Final 4 that I got through the NCAA ticket lottery

It’s either gonna be a low 3 or a high 4.

Excited for once to really focus on the first weekend matchup opponents. Haven’t had to do that in a while.

But damn, this team is stressful.

I really don't care where we are, I just would rather not be in Duke's Sweet 16 game bracket. Any other team, we'd at least have somewhat of a shot.

Our last three games against tourney teams away from AFH have been losses by 12, 13 and 29. I dont think we have to worry about who we might face in the Sweet Sixteen.

Only team to beat Duke "fully" healthy. No starters were out

If we want to get out of the 1st weekend we need to be a 3. Otherwise we will end up playing a team like Villanova in a 4/5 game and it probably won’t end well.

This team hasn’t been able to string together any sort of consistency from game to game all season. It’s a coin flip on how well we will shoot or have good enough energy each and every game...

This current roster is about as good as a 7-9 seed but will get a 4 seed based off of wins we got with players who are no longer playing. Maybe we play well and win our first game but my evaluation from months ago that they were a 3rd in the Big 12 and Round of 32 caliber team still feels accurate. They have some young talent that could be more of a contender next year year but they just aren't very good at anything right now.

KU is totally reliant on a favorable draw to win NCAA tourney games right now.

This year the crap-shootiness of the tourney is a good thing.

West as a 4 is where I think we are heading. I consider everything from this point House Money. Go out, let your balls hang loose and have fun. We could make a deep run. Whatever happens...Rock Chalk!

Crazy premonition. I'm expecting us to be in a region with 5 of the following 10.
Seton Hall, FSU, Marquette, Virginia Tech, Houston, Kentucky, Virginia, Yale, Cincinnati, Kansas State.

Lunardi's bracket today has us as a 3 seed to Carolina's 2 seed in Kansas City.

I think Roy might actually die from blowing a gasket in anger if that were to happen. It would be absolutely glorious to hear that reaction.
