The Bears DID take the wrong QB. They kept the wrong HC. They brought in the wrong OC. You and I might as well be on the OL.
Disaster. But hey, Ryan Poles is a "genius".

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

And we both wear that badge with honor.

I doubt you’ll find it as funny if you end up with Parkinson’s.

This opinion seems solid. Not shaky at all.

Also, Caleb is a unique dude. Good or bad, that makes his ability to lead a locker room worth wondering about.

On the flip side, Jayden has some of the qualities that are necessary to lead a locker room. Already.

He called off the punt team with such confidence in the 4th during the Bengals game and just perfectly read how he needed to get 4 yards ( hit Ertz across the middle ) that probably won them the game.

No question so far Jayden way way better. Defenses go after rookie QB's. Bengals ran some Cover Zero and he did not blink. No hesitation knew right where he wanted to go.

But man the craziest thing is the Bills. Freaking decimated from a point of starting players no longer on the team versus LY. And they look umm freaking better than ever. That D?!?!?

Which team is biggest surprise...Bills or Vikes???

To me, the Bills are not at all a surprise but I don't consider myself to be much more than a casual NFL fan.
Did I think the Bills would put up 112 and only give up 48 in their first 3 games against the Cards, Phins and Jags? Probably not but I did think they would probably beat those 3 teams soundly.
The Vikes are a bit different. Yes, more of a surprise to me than the Bills.
While I thought the Vikes would be starting a rookie QB, I am someone who felt that rookie could and would do really well for them. No, before the season started I did not expect them to beat the 49ers. I did expect them to be 2-1.

To me, the biggest surprises so far.....
I thought the Bengals would be 2-1 not 0-3.
I thought the 9ers would be 3-0 not 1-2.

Less of a surprise but still a surprise.......
I thought the Commanders would be 1-2 not 2-1.
I thought the Cowboys would be 2-1 not 1-2.
I thought the Ravens would be 2-1 not 1-2.

I agree with Nick Wright that the caliber of players the Bills lost might have been overstated. People overestimated how hard it would be to replace them based on their past success instead of their current ability.

Buffalo is the best team in the NFL right now but KC still has the highest ceiling in my opinion.

It is a QB league. The Chiefs haven't played an easy schedule and have not gotten close to their ceiling yet are 3-0. Allen means Buffalo will also be right there. But Buffalo has had an easier road like Miami last year. Cinnci has a good to great QB but an inconsistency that kills them. Ravens are a complete team. But keep running LJ and will lose his effectiveness mid-season. Bills and Jets will slug it out. KC in a good position.
