If the intent of the wrong details aligns with a perceived problem they have then it's their "truth" and they are fine repeating it. Numerous reports that trumpty plumpty recently called Kamala "retarded" at a fundraising event. I also heard recently that he is respected. Using that term to describe someone with a learning disability causes me to lose some respect for the speaker. We all have different lines in the sand with regards to losing respect for someone.
