Here's BUD's team ( who I help draft but let her manage ) in a 10 team league:

Overall pick 1: CMC ( out )
2: Puka ( out )
3: Drake London ( fine )
4: Achane ( out )
5: Mahomes ( his 2 best WRs are out )
6: Kupp ( out )
7: Waddle ( his QB is out )

Needless to say, she crushed week 1 and then has not done well since.

JFC there are so many damn injuries this season. Most of the teams in my league are barely starting half of the players they drafted due to all the injuries. It's crazy out there. I just lost NO WR Shaheed and TB WR Godwin both likely for the season recently. Praying that Cooper Kupp can make it back from his injury to play this week.

At this point it's more about being fortunate to have a team that isn't getting hurt - no matter their production.

Thanks goodness I drafted Derrick Henry. That dude is single handedly keeping me afloat every week while I constantly swap out players at other positions. Cooper Kupp, Davante Adams, Rashid Shaheed and now Chris Godwin. My entire WR corps has been wrecked this season. I even picked up JuJu only to see him play about 3 plays and then go out for the rest of the game. Woof.

Just traded for Justin Jefferson and James Conner.
Gave up Jonathan Taylor and Marvin Harrison.

Team I traded with now can start Saquon and Jonathan Taylor at RB.
And now Kupp, Harrison and Diggs.

But now I can start Jefferson, Deebo ( when healthy ) and Higgins.

Friend in my main league had Hunt and Butker. Tied to the decimal 106.27 with under 3 left. Hunt got 1 yard. Up .1. Hunt lost 2 yards. Down .1. Chiefs punt.

Anything other than OT woulda meant a loss by .1.

OT got him more than enough.

Through waivers and trades ( trade deadline is this Sunday ) my 12 man team is looking good for the playoffs. It might be even better than my kcrim 8 ( but probably not ).

QB: Hurts, ( waiver claim for Aaron Rodgers )
RB: Achane, DMont, James Conner, Chase Brown, Pacheco
WR: Jefferson, Deebo, DK, Tee Higgins
TE: Bowers
K: who cares but Moody
DEF: Detroit

Got Chase Brown and Pacheco off waivers.

Turned Jonathan Taylor and Marvin Harrison into Jefferson ( i might have lost this one ).
Turned Zack Moss and Michael Pittman into Achane ( soon after Tua was hurt ).
Turned Ferguson and Geno Smith ( guy had Dak AND Trey McBride ) into Bowers.
And just this week turned JK Dobbins and Christian Watson into DK Metcalf.

I've clinched a spot in the playoffs in my main 12 team league.

But, last week I scored 185 pts (generally enough to win in that league) and my opponent went for 255.

At least things went my way and I clinched my playoff spot even with the loss.

Here's how weird my season has gone. I am 2nd in total points, have the fewest points against and I am 5-5. Four of my five losses have been by between 2 and 8 points. We have one 8-2 team that also leads in total points, two 6-4 teams, 3 5-5 teams, a 4-6 team and two 3-7 teams. Just a truly weird season.
