That is a personal gripe. The Constitution says what it says. I suggest you write your lawmakers and direct their attention to Article V.

Actually, it’s really not a legal issue. You tell the parents “You have broken the law and must leave. You can either take your kids with you or make arrangements for them here.” Simple.

I'd honestly be OK with keeping parents of "birthright citizens" here, with nonlegal status. The equivalent of a visa, provided they are following the laws and paying into the system like the rest of us. There's no need to split families.

In fact the biggest issue is ending any incentives for further illegal immigration. No more hand outs no nothing.

All the ones here committing crimes. Deport them the fuck out of here tho.

But I don't feel a bit sorry for anyone getting deported. You broke our laws and snuck into our country. You are stealing resources and opportunities from our citizens, you can get the fuck out. You made your bed now you get to sleep in it. And if you had kids while you are here, and are forced to decide between taking them with you or leaving them here when you get deported, that's on you

The handouts aren't the reason the vast majority are coming here. They are coming here to flee where they come from and for the chance to work and make a living wage.
