Actually, it’s really not a legal issue. You tell the parents “You have broken the law and must leave. You can either take your kids with you or make arrangements for them here.” Simple.

In regard to if Trump will or won't lose Florida.
Trump won Florida by about 1% in 2016.
Trump won Florida by about 3% in 2020.
I wouldn't count on Trump winning or losing Florida based on what people THINK may or may not happen.
