Bill Barr will be coughing it up any time. With the material that came out today, looks like Trump had a problem with Epstein being alive.

Holy shit! Are you serious?!JKLivin wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 7:33 pmI get paid $325 an hour for “advice-giving”japhy wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:21 am Here's the thing folks, in Christian colleges and university there are usually codes of ethics based upon biblical values. A paraphrased example.
But if you think collegial/professional ethics can be jettisoned when goofing around on the internet, it's no big deal. Counseling, and more pointedly, "Christian" counseling is not a "career" to be taken seriously, phd Benzos told us so.Certain behaviors are expressly prohibited in Scripture and therefore should be avoided by members of the University community. They include theft, lying, dishonesty, gossip, slander, backbiting, profanity, vulgarity.....who disobey these University rules are subject to automatic suspension.

I wonder if phd Benzos has picked his new career path in preparation for the possibility of a trumpty plumpty election win. Changing career course later in life can be real nightmare. Best to start planning early.
It’s not advice-giving. It’s therapy.Overlander wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:01 pmHoly shit! Oh, so it’s a side gig kind of thing?JKLivin wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:04 pmIt’s not advice-giving. It’s therapy.
And, yes. I had to start doing it again a couple months ago thanks to Brandon and Giggles’ economy. I’d prefer to get by on teaching, but it’s a decent gig. Not everyone is fortunate enough to be able to do side work like that.
I don’t enjoy it as much as teaching. You do what you have to do to take care of your family.Overlander wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:08 pmOh, so it’s a side gig kind of thing?JKLivin wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:04 pmIt’s not advice-giving. It’s therapy.

Seems like you should stick with that full time. Then maybe a cup of coffee or a full tank of gas won’t affect your finances so deeply!
What does your “teaching” gig pay you? Possum pelts?
I just have the one, over paying, highly coveted and fun job.JKLivin wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 9:12 pmI don’t enjoy it as much as teaching. Unless the FBI took the photos and videos from Epstein's safe and stuck them in a box far, far away. Law enfor ement is filled with MAGA supporters. And unless Katie Johnson withdrew her case due to receiving numerous death threats, which she did.JKLivin wrote: ↑Fri Nov 01, 2024 7:48 pmIf he actually did those things, he’d be charged. I get paid $325 an hour for “advice-giving” and the ten slots I have set aside per week are always filled.
I think I’ll stick with my teaching and illegitimate profession, tawdry and simplistic though it may appear to the uneducated mind.
I mean, I’m not Overlander successful, but I get by.
I did a year of clinical internship with sex offenders, by the way. I’m guessing I have more diagnostic and assessment experience with pedophiles than anyone else here. But, hey, you experts on boats and buildings and “climate change” keep sharing your expertise on the matter.
