And Cole Kmet (who is tied for the team lead in reception TDs and was 2nd in TD receptions last season).
They couldn't score more than 9 points against the Cards the week before.
If I am not mistaken, I think the Bears have 1 1st quarter TD all season.

OC Shame Waldumb (Shane Waldron) is JUNK!
HC Matt Eberflus is JUNK!
GM Ryan Poles is JUNK!
President/CEO Kevin Warren is JUNK!
Chairman George McCaskey is JUNK!

P.S. QB Caleb Williams is JUNK! Not as JUNK as the 5 guys I just mentioned but still JUNK!
You can't make this shit up.

Caleb might have been ok if you would have hired the right OC. Take for instance Kliff Kingsbury who you passed over and the Washington ...... took.

Waldron has been trash.
There are people a lot smarter than me who have pointed out specifics of why Waldron is failing.
What I don't understand is how and why they recognize it and Waldron and Eberflus and the other clowns running the show don't see it.
Meanwhile, it's still early, but even though he was far from great, no one can convince me that Justin Fields wasn't a better QB for the Bears than Williams is today. Yes, I get the Bears didn't want to pay Fields next season but if the guy sucked this season then they wouldn't have re-signed him. If he was good, then that's what you do in the NFL - pay a good QB because he's a good QB.

The not funny thing is going in to this season many people felt the Bears would be a really good if not great football team in the near future.
9 games in to the season, they are a fucking disaster, with a dim future.

The correct answer is.....
Too many.
Flus should have been shit canned after last season. Bears went 4-2 in their last 6 and that saved his job.
Flus is the guy who if I am not mistaken, has never won a road game on a Sunday.
Flus is the guy who was 3-14 two seasons ago and had a streak of being 1-18.
Flus is the guy who keeps saying I look back and know what we are capable of being. How about he looks at today and the future and sees the pile of dog shit that's staring him in the face?

Justin Fields was not the answer he is on the bench on another NFL team. And there is no question he should be on the bench.

It is the OC making the difference. Williams is like leading the NFL in holding the ball. Recipe for disaster. Bad news you hired the wrong OC. Good news you suck really bad so everybody getting fired.
Then you can hire Kliff as your coach.

OK, so now I feel they have to strongly consider firing the guy/s who hired him - and who didn't hire an all but guaranteed better choice.

Fuck the Bears

Go Chiefs!

I put odds on him being the head coach at this time next season at 10/1.

The Bears are 4-5 on the season, far from a disaster. They started 0-4 last year and were 3-7 through Week 10 so they have improved. They have the talent to get better once they fire this incompetent coaching staff.

Deion to Dallas?
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

I think Belichick would be the ideal fit IF he and Jerry could co-exist.
I don't know if that can happen.

I think they are actually kinda like KU this season. Good team but just have had bad luck ( or just can’t finish ) with close games.

For instance, I’d rather play the Chargers or the Broncos in the playoffs than a healthy Bengals.

All because of a close game that could have gone either way.

No prizes for being the best looking regular season team. They'll have to beat us when it counts.

The shitty part to this is that we probably can still drop a game ( I don't think the Bills or Steelers run the table ) but we have to play at the contending Steelers on Xmas, which will be our 3rd game in 10 days.

That's just shitty scheduling.

It's actually 11 days but.....Speaking of shitty scheduling, the Steelers have to play at Philly, at Baltimore, and then against the Chiefs from 12/15 to 12/25.
