He only had 2 fouls in 28 minutes prior to this game. But the whole team failed to avoid silly fouls rheoughout the game tonight and once KU was forced to keep their hands off to avoid fouls, MSU started driving us over and over and came back.

Glad we survived. Any win against a Tom Izzo team is a good win.

On to Oakland on Saturday. My redhead and I will be in the AFH stands cheering on the good guys for that one. Go Jayhawks!

Agreed. He has faced Izzo's Sparty team 6 previous times. Feels like that experience of how he would be guarded helped him tonight. He was very poised and took his time. Impressive game for him.

There were times early in the first half where KU stood around a bit watching HD and wasn't moving well without the back but they shook loose of that and recovered. Our coach is pretty good!
