This'll be the last season for me.
( unless we can somehow get 10 to play next season )
Definitely largely depends on luck of the draft. I have made almost zero meaningful moves.

I disagree. I enjoy our league. There has been strategy involved for me.
Would prefer it was a 10 teamer but 8 teams works for non-intense entertainment purposes.
8 teams were still alive for playoff contention in week 12.
Granted, Whisky beating Bad Draft by 74 and Illy beating twocoach by 63 is kind of boring.

P.S. When Henry gives you just over 27.85 tonight and makes me say I was GUTTERED - I think you might get just a slight bit of satisfaction from it. At least I hope you will.

New President - New Gutter. I am going to pledge my allegiance to Donald J. Trump and for the next 4 years I am going to be an even bigger asshole than I already am.

For me whatever strategy is part of fantasy football is pretty much gone.
Like Illy said, my roster is pretty much what I drafted.
As i've mentioned before, I think FF is mostly luck - but 8 team redraft leagues are just so much more shifted to luck as opposed to an active 12/14 team.

If I win my main league, it'll be because of waiver wire and trades + some luck.
If I win this league, it'd be purely luck of the draft + luck.

In 8 team leagues there is no reason to make trades. The waiver wire has plenty of awesome players for plug and play. You never have to make any important decisions for the most part. Other than maybe picking between 2 good players on your team based on matchups.
