Nat Ulrich with a team high 4 for the Warriors. Team shot 7-50 from the field. 0-2 from the free throw line. They only had 34 turnovers.

Babs Diallo with a team low 4 for the Roos.
Whoever scheduled that game should be fired.

I'm guessing you know more to a/the story than I do.

What I do know is that I'm a complete asshole and my saying this proves it.....
Look at each player's individual profile photo. I admit if I was shown these photos I might assume they are mug shots. Tough looking crew.

The entire University has 430 students so I can imagine it can be a challenge to field a sports team with anything more than some random YMCA guys. There are 362 D1 programs so there should be no need for a D1 team to ever schedule a D2 program.

"Calvary University is a private Christian university in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2019, total enrollment was 430, with undergraduate enrollment of 348 and graduate enrollment of 82."

Thanks for the info!

Yeah, I wonder who tried to sell Calvary that the game would be fun for their players.
Seems more like punishment than a reward.

I see the Roos also offered Kansas Christian a game - so they could beat them by 88.
According to Wikipedia - Kansas Christian has 130 students.

Ugh....so I hadn't been paying attention, but last night vs #25 Illinois Labaron Philon had 16pts 9ast and 7reb.

He's averaging 13pts 5ast 4reb and shooting 54.5% on the season.

Sure wish he'd have had the guts to fight it out for his spot. Based on that, he'd have played plenty for us.

Former KU big Juby Ejiofor went for 22 and 10 for St John's against Baylor last night but missed two late free throws and Baylor came back from down 5 with 18 seconds left in 2OT to win on a pair of late threes.

Udeh must be hurt. Not in TCUs box score from earlier this week. Only played in 3 games this season, but averaging 8pts and 9rebs.

Udeh is out with a lower back injury.

I saw that Eddie Lampkin, the big chubby TCU center who left after Udeh was brought in, played for Colorado last season and is now at Syracuse this year.

and he’s dropped a bit of weight
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Rutgers has two top 5 NBA Draft picks, freshmen Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey, on their team but lost at Kennesaw St. 79-77 tonight. WTF. It was the first time that Kennesaw State had ever hosted a ranked team at home.

Was the lock of the year.
Like Eberflus on the road on Sunday/s (0-18), Rutgers doesn't win on Sunday/s (now 0-7 their last 7).

Fox Sports called it.

FWIW, KSuck lost yesterday at home to Liberty.

Watching Memphis vs. UConn in the Maui Invitational. Good game mid-2nd half. Didn't realize that former ISU/Texas PG Tyrese Hunter was now at Memphis.

ISU vs. Auburn later today should be excellent.

So hard to keep track of players now. Hard enough to even keep track of the former jayhawks that transfer.

Hoping Memphis can hold onto this lead.

when was the last time KU was NOT in some Thanksgiving week tournament?

I guess the Dook game is a special destination thing in itself tho, but still only one game.

And the legend of Dan Hurley grows.

Memphis with the choke job. I'll be shocked if they hang on in OT.

KU, fortunately, while rumored to be a candidate, was not added to the NIL focused Players Era Vegas tournament.

They'll play Saturday night vs Furman.
