I got Rickey Henderson's autograph by the side of the field before a Royals game in one of his first years in the league. This makes me want to go dig around in my stuff and track that old program down.
Fascinating character, one of the truly great baseball players of our time. Very much a one of a kind. His stolen base records will never be touched and there aren't many records in sports you can say that about anymore.

Game changer. Earned it all too. One of my grudging all-time favorites because he torched the Royals pretty regularly. But what a talent.
