In Northern Cali with absolutely no effect on the fires of southern California. the reservoirs that collect the water and store it to allow for irrigation if vast crop lands in the dry months.......

I'm not giving grace or benefit of any doubt (and not sure what the implication, if any, was there). I'm also not trying to find things that aren't there. There are lots and lots of things that are, which should be given focus. Not a manipulation of a definition, or a convenience of usage, or whatever the intent was.

All I was saying is that continuity here has nothing to do with Biden. And you quoted the word as that was the perceived/intended definition.
