Nobody should be surprised...if Adidas is no longer helping funnel players to Adidas schools, but Nike is still helping funnel players to Nike schools, then not very many top 30ish recruits are going to be attending Adidas schools.

Never was a fan of adidas. I understand why we did it and the reasoning behind it but for the overal sake of the Athletic program which would we rather have...the pep band not having to pay for shoes and a polo out of pocket or your cash cow, the men’s basketball team with every ‘resource’ available to be successful.

I’ve heard from numerous people...bring back the Frank Mason, Dtae, etc types that stay four years. I told them be careful what you wish for. Those days and some hard lumps for one to two years while those type of four year kids get acclimated could be right around the corner.

I don't believe he was headed here even before that announcement. RJ had mentioned he wanted to play with a great PG but he still has to want to reclassify and he won't be making an announcement until August so Dot will have made his decision by then.

You don’t know that. All it takes is one team to give him a great offer and he is gone. Grimes probably wouldn’t come back if he goes undrafted anyway.
