Pretty sure I've said the opposite of that. Numerous times.

The problem is that our coaches got caught.

I don't get why you deflect and won't just admit that Self and KT knew exactly what was happening. It's not the end of the world. It's just the end of pretending we are squeaky clean and we only lose recruits to dirty programs.
