yes
5 or 6 years ago did one in the smoker. don’t recall the exact recipe, but it involved sliced apples getting tucked between the skin and meat...and i think i even brined it in a apple cider solution for a day prior. fucking think barely fit in my smoker but turned out very nice.

Till it's done.
Crap, I can't remember. It will very depending on the weight. I start mine early and then keep in a dry cooler until ready to serve. It gives the meat a chance to rest and keeps it hot until you're ready to serve.
That said, probably 3 to 4 hours.
