Is there a state that this board doesn't generally hate?
Re: Where's the Pro-Life thread?
I love eggs.
From my head down to my legs.
Does that help?

I had a buddy who pledged for a frat or whatever.
As part of hazing he had to strip naked and roll around in a pile of eggs and corn flakes, then put on a sweatshirt and pants over it all, and not take it off for 48 hours.

I’m sure everyone can agree on Michigan’s awesomeness.

Re: Where's the Pro-Life thread?
I spent a couple years in Michigan. It truly sucks.
Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Re: Where's the Pro-Life thread?
I like Detroit. Good food. Good pizza. I like Lake Michigan.
Re: Where's the Pro-Life thread?
I lived there til I was 9. Still have a lot of fam there. My cousins are depressed factory workers. Last I talked to them they were excited that Trump was gonna save their jobs from the boogeyman #maga
The place does kinda suck. I remember lots of abandoned buildings. I thought that was just like the norm in the world, until we moved to shiny new JoCo.
Secretly I kinda like MI, though my opinion is probably skewed by the smallmouth bass fishing.
Come to think of it, and in classic Michigan fashion, the local river would have pollution warnings, which meant no fishing.
We also lived in a county with shoreline on Lake Erie (more water that’s totally fucked). There would be frequent waterspouts that would trigger tornado sirens in the county. Since the waterspouts were way out on the lake, we never really thought of the sirens as cause for alarm.
Then we moved to fucking Kansas lol. I learned about tornados in school, then that weekend saw the movie Twister, then a few days later a crazy Kansas storm with constant lightning and thunder and sideways rain and - tornado sirens! Ahhhh!
I remember hiding in the basement hoping we didn’t all die.

I love Michigan. And the people I've met up there are really sweet.
Not to mention the Grand Rapids area is like the epicenter of fantastic microbrewery beer.
