Special counsel Robert Mueller: 'If we had had confidence that' President Trump 'clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so'.

Oh, oh.

Oh yes, proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) on Wednesday said that special counsel Robert Mueller contradicted Attorney General William Barr in comments earlier that morning.

“Those comments by Bob Mueller about the other processes — obviously impeachment being the only constitutional way — definitely contradicts what the attorney general said when he summarized Mueller’s report and said he then had to draw the conclusion on that,” Christie said in a phone call to ABC News. “Mueller clearly contradicts that today in a very concise way.”

Christie, a former U.S. attorney and longtime political ally of President Trump’s, agreed with host George Stephanoupolous that the comments, in which Mueller reaffirmed that his probe did not exonerate Trump, move the discussion “from the legal processes and put it right back into the political arena.”

Christie added that the question of whether Trump obstructed justice “was never going to be a special counsel call.”

“In the end, when [it’s] a sitting president, this is the call of the Congress, playing their role as a co-equal branch of government, and they’re now going to have to decide what it is they want to do.”

Just putting this out there, but when the Senate holds the impeachment trial aren’t the jurors supposed to be non biased? If you’ve ever been called for jury duty you know that judges excuses potential jurors if they demonstrate a bias one way or another. Sounds like to me that if Senators already have their mind made up as to guilt or innocence then all you are having is what would be a “kangaroo” court.

If you can't beat donald trump after donald trump has been all donald trump in all his glory for 4 years, for all the world to see on the biggest stage, then you're hopeless.

If you can't beat that numbnut then you deserve what you get.

For two and one half years our president has had his thumb pressed to his nose with his other 4 fingers standing straight up and wiggling at us.

If there was ever a 1 term president.

What was a fine American to do. At the time 4 more years of a democrat was unacceptable. At the time hilarry clinton was unacceptable. What was a fine American to do.

i disagree about hill-dawg even being close to as unacceptable as drumpf

a "fine" american wouldn't elect a fucking dipshit bully with zero experience in politics, and literally NONE of the qualities we've grown to expect from the presidency

therein is the problem, and i hate even saying it, but 30% of this country aren't "fine" americans
