Gabbard is probably the best option on the left, but I don't think she'll be the one. I think it'll be Warren or Yang. Yang is the smartest of the bunch. Biden won't stand a chance in hell against Trump if he is the nominee.

I saw Yang for the first time on Real Time.
I came away impressed.

Mayor Pete/Yang would be a good ticket...IMO

Whoever ends up winning the Dem nomination will "stand a chance" against Trump. I plan to vote for WHOEVER wins the nomination and I doubt the number of people with the same intentions is very small.

When the field is this big, it's easy to get lost in the minutiae. When it comes down to Dem vs. Trump, it will be much less complex. You either want this moron to continue to represent this nation or you dont.

I am not looking forward to a second term. But for me it is also not "whoever the dems nominate" either. There are peoples on that list that I cannot vote for.

The odds of those people winning the nomination are pretty low unless one of those people on your list is someone like Biden etc...

I think there are a lot of middle ground folk who would refuse to vote for Bernie.

You're the one that seems to want him to have a second term...

why do you think middle ground folk would refuse to vote for Bernie?

and more specifically, why do you think middle ground folk would refuse to vote for Bernie if their other big ticket option is Trump? How's he doing with the middle grounds and independents and undecideds and such?

Bernie's demonization of businesses and ridiculous spending promises could be as damaging to the country as Trump is. I would not vote for him.
