Mold in an attic is usually caused by inadequate ventilation. you might have him also check to see that the fart fans in the bathrooms or the range hood aren't being blown up into the Attic. That's a lot of moisture from the living area that can get blown up there. Gable vents, roof vents, or continuous soffit vents usually take care of that problem.

I was sitting here trying to make some joke about getting blown in the attic and all the moisture that can result, when the fart fan joke was right there under our noses all along!

We had mold on our siding. Green. Every house in the neighborhood has it. We had it power washed and looks like new.

Black is a little different though.

stalez also didn't show but at least he texted us.
He was busy answering satellite questions so he had a good excuse.

A little 80slike jam to kick off the weekend:

We got into a very tough restaurant to get into ( you have to send them a postcard and they only serve so many people a year ) called Lost Kitchen. Right when we reserved, we were asked how many were coming, so we said four, assuming we could find a couple.

Sure enough, the first couple we asked, said yes.
But now, a week away, our friend bailed on us.
We called the restaurant and they said well, you either pay for four or you don't come.

We have a solo friend who wants to come.
All our couple friends already have plans because it's summer in Maine so you should always have plans for the weekend.

We want to go - do we just bite the bullet and pay for 3 seats?
If you were the couple that cancelled would you feel obliged to pay?
