NBA Offseason
Re: NBA Offseason
Hindsight 20/20.
( with that said, because of the risk of injury with Boogie, compared to little history of injury with Marcus, without dollar values, then yes, Marcus the better signing, but Boogie signed for 3 mill and Marcus signed for 15 mill and Lakers were already over the cap )

Kawhi Leonard's sister killed an 84 year old woman for her purse.
I know what I would like to post on here but I'm not interested in reading the responses - so I'll refrain from commenting.

Re: NBA Offseason
What the fuck does that have to do with anything here?
Let me guess...the 84 year old woman was a good friend of your mother?

Re: NBA Offseason
A lot of disadvantaged kids play ball. A lot of privileged nuts don’t. We are a flawed species, evidence of this abounds every day.
Re: NBA Offseason
I guess this counts as NBA off season. Shameful but shit happens.

I have a hard time getting too exercised about this; not like we sent even our JV squad.

Re: NBA Offseason
it’s always bothered me that many of the teams that represent the US aren’t adequate reflections of the actual talent level in the US
Re: NBA Offseason
If Kawhi doesn’t show up for this next round of Olympics he’s going on my do not like list.
Re: NBA Offseason
These days, me too but I'll tell you a little secret. I'm one of the guys who originally was 100% against NBA players playing in the olympics. The Olympics were supposed to be for the best AMATEUR athletes in the world to compete against each other. I liked the olympics better when that was the case.TraditionKU wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 7:09 pm it’s always bothered me that many of the teams that represent the US aren’t adequate reflections of the actual talent level in the US
Re: NBA Offseason
I think the Olympics should be the nations absolute best regardless of being paid or not.
That's what the original ( waaaay back, not before the modern revival ) Olympics were.
Your time comes every four years - let's see the greatest against the greatest.

If Pop was Russian and this was the 60's or 70's - He would have been sent to Serbia.
