I actually think that, in the real world, this is bad for Trump. The guy knows Biden, which is to say that he probably knows what Biden did or didn't do. And he still filed the report.

In narrative world, however....

Sounds reasonable. And since the Mueller report "totally exonerated" Trump and Trump doesn't even know those Rudi Giuliani associates, there's no doubt that Trump/Pompeo will let him testify, because










they have nothing to hide:

I saw that Bolton is working on a book. History should not look kindly on (among others, so many others) anyone who withholds relevant information now in the hopes of greater personal gain later.
