1) It probably was - but I'm not 100% sure it was actually him who found the photo and posted it on his Twitter account.

2) Might have been a very stupid thing for him to have done (if he in fact did it) but he's far from being an idiot. He's probably a lot smarter than you - or I. I know, that's not saying much.
Look at his education and what he's done for a living. You can't be an "idiot" and accomplish what he has accomplished.
