"I believe more and more the Chiefs franchise is cursed. How many times has Brady run that same play and literally nothing has ever happened to him. The one time Mahomes does it he gets hurt."

I’m not sure any other franchise has been dealt so many gut punches before.

I said it last year. Veach should have went all in to win it while Mahomes was rolling. Tonight we learned just how fragile life in the nfl can be.

I mean. I hate this. This sucks. Hopefully it’s a minor big injury to where he’s back before season ends. If not, go get a good backup and make him your QB.

Come on, Newton. If Mahomes is done the season is done. Period.

Or, in the most Chiefs way Moore leads them to the SB.

Someone posted this, but I doubt it's true.

"Dislocated his knee cap (patella). You could see the team doc pop it back in. Depending on his pain level they may be able to tape him up and get him back in the game. But it’ll be an issue for him going forward."

Skill guys are good enough to make noise. Maybe not super bowl level, but good enough. I mean, Matt Cassell led the Oats to 11-5 and playoffs in his one season.

But if he’s out, it’s not good, you’re right.

No. It’s his launch leg. If nothing severe wrong, then he’d have to wait to just get swelling down and get the area healed again.

Not to come at you but this season was never about the playoffs. It was Super Bowl or bust. Of course now depending on Mahomes health that all went out the window.

That Pats team was 16-0 with Brady as QB. This Chiefs team ain't close to that even with Pat.

Mahomes has been the best and most important player on this Chiefs team by an astronomical margin.

I’m sad.

With a healthy Mahomes youre looking at 12-4.

Without, youre looking at 7-9.

Pat's not human. Maybe he only misses 2-3 weeks. If he's healthy for playoffs, he gives the Chiefs more than a puncher's chance.

That’s all I’m hoping for. IR with injury designation. Back for stretch run and playoffs.
