This type of stuff is why I don't always think the outrage is genuine. You're going to hate whatever he does, even when he's doing the right thing (which is rare).
Your seem to have knee-jerk tendency for contrarianism. You want to reward him for not-stealing. The fact that he stopped doing a bad thing is no reason for being outraged for proposing this bad (illegal!!) thing in the first place. That outrage should never go away. He just said "OK, now that even my ardent and most loyal sycophants are having second thoughts maybe I will back off". This is no reason for an "Atta-boy". This is still part of the corruption, and only happened because sycophants stopped being sycophantic for a minute. They will go back to being sycophants sooner or later. Most likely sooner.

I didn't give him an "atta boy". Anywhere.

I just think it's stupid to call him a pussy for NOT doing it. As if the manly/non pussy thing to do was to go thru with it? I just don't get it.

....and from everything I've seen on it, it's not illegal as long as he doesn't profit from it (he said it was going to be done for free, but who knows because it never went beyond the tweeting phase of planning)....the fact is it didn't happen, it didn't even get close to happening, he just tweeted about it....which he does about nearly every random thing that pops into his mind.

I may have a knee jerk tendency for contrarianism, but some of you have a knee-jerk tendency for outrage over the dumbest stuff (for example things that didn't even happen).

If only there were some way to see if he were profiting from all of this.

Tax returns don't have item by item transactions on them, so doubt it would do you much good. We already know he owns the building.

He freaking compared to an impeachment INQUIRY as a lynching. You gotta be shitting me.

Here's all I know, the Democrats better figure out who their candidate is very quickly and they throw all their money to that candidate and hope he/she can match up against Trump. All this dragging on is not helping them at all.

Kinzinger, a republican, was also vocal about Trump's betrayal of the Kurds:

if this is likened to a lynching, i wonder how graham’s revisionist history would view the clinton impeachment...

Just because you're a republican doesn't mean you're a racist who uses white nationalist rhetoric, but apparently, you're OK with it:

EVERY single freaking day the man says/does something to prove he's a complete d-bag - and EVERY single day we have little choice but to sit back and allow him to still spew his shit.
Assuming he runs in 2020 and no matter who he runs against, ANYONE who votes for him in 2020 is an asshole.

I assume this has been posted somewhere on this site. I'm too lazy to look for it and it's too good not post again.

Also facts: President Trump deeply wants to change the subject away from the G7, Ukraine and Syria.
