Re: F the NCAA
So NCAA makes that decision in a couple of weeks. It took KU a whole year and change to get a ruling on SdS in which he was declared ineligible. The NCAA is standing on its last legs.

NCAA saying he has to donate $11,500 to a charity of his choice. I don’t even know where to begin with that nonsense.

Isn’t he not allowed to work for money?CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2019 5:25 pm NCAA saying he has to donate $11,500 to a charity of his choice. I don’t even know where to begin with that nonsense.
So a bag man dropped money to help him move. And now a bag man will pay some random charity.

Re: F the NCAA
So the $2,500 in question for Silvio should be 2.75 games and a check to children's hospital. Time served already. Cancel the level 1 violations.
We good?
We good?
Just Ledoux it
Re: F the NCAA
bro STFU before Silvio gets banned again
Re: F the NCAA
Legally, how is the NCAA allowed to FORCE a kid to pay $11,000+ to a charity as a stipulation for re-instatement?
Also, why isn't the current head coach of Memphis who was involved in the payment being fined/punished/suspended?

The coach that is worth millions gives the mother $$$$. And the youngster that had no knowledge has to pay it back. Awesomesauce.
Re: F the NCAA
But I also look forward to the ncaa @$$ramming Memphis for being cocky and thinking they are more important than they really are.

Re: F the NCAA
Pretty frustrating disparities. That is why legal action has to be taken IMHO. Other schools are using enforcement as a competitive advantage against KU. Look at the players KU basically lost.

Mizzou lost its appeal.
That's the first mizzou loss ever that I'm not OK with.
