I am going to some HS games in the near future and will be watching some highly ranked recruits.
I don't pretend I can tell who will make it as a quality player in the NBA and who wont and some of these kids are just a couple of years away from being NBA players.
Well, one guy I will give myself credit for GUESSING correctly about was - Cliff. Kid was a beast in HS. Watching him in HS I thought he wouldn't be anything other than a very good college player - and he wasn't really even that.
For some reason I was never sold on Cliff; most of his high school highlights seemed to be against lower level talent and he never really looked that athletic to me...he dunked a lot, but it was because he was blessed with decent height and long arms, not because he was blessed with super athleticism and "hops".

Kind of surprised no one posted about Joel's game last night.
0 points in 32 minutes on 0-11 shooting and 0-3 from the free throw line.
Last time Joel played in Toronto it was a devastating outcome.
I wonder if that had any bearing on his game last night.

Svi had a nice game last night. 12 points in 22 minutes on 4-9 (4-8 3pt) shooting.
Wiggins had 25 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and a game high +13 in 36 minutes.
Devonte' shot poorly but finished with 16 points, 8 assists, 3 rebounds, 6 turnovers, in 34 minutes.

Oubre 23 points and willed his team to a W.
Graham 15 points 13 assists. Unfortunately he shot 1-10 from 3 point range.
Embiid 16 points 11 rebounds
Marcus has a sore neck and didn't play last night. His 4-17 Knicks team only lost by 44. I guess 15 million makes it worth it. Funny thing is the Spurs (the team he basically screwed) aren't all that much better.

Absolutely love that the last one was on Draymond's head. Guy's a joke.

I have to admit I never thought I would see the day when Devonte' would be taking 16 3 pointers in an NBA game (second time he's done that this season) and be averaging 18.7 points and 7.7 assists per game. God bless him!

Wiggins had 26 points in 32 minutes. 5 boards and 3 blocks.
Cheick had 16 points, 4 boards, 3 steals, in 19 minutes.
Tsunami Papi struggled (for him) last night. Only 8 points.
Svi got a start for the Pistons. Didn't do much. 6 points in 28 minutes.
Kieff played 15 minutes with a sore neck and scored 5. Not sure why he is struggling this season.

Oubre and McLemore having a battle tonight. Both guys are their team's leading scorers late in the 2nd quarter.
