Here’s the problem with that particular narrative: neo-Nazis place the adjective “White” in front of the term, whereas those who use it correctly don’t care what color you are, so long as you are concerned with what is best for America. It’s the kind of careless mistake that causes all of the idiot kids running around in Che Guevara T-shirts while ranting about Nazis to overlook the fact that the original Nazis were socialists, just like they dream of being.

People making way too big of a deal over this word just because they hate Trump. Nationalist does not mean racist. Many of my favorite composers from Europe were nationalists in their day and no one ever called them racists.
