Devonte - 22-6-5 last night.
He's obviously having a great season. #33 in the league in scoring. #6 in the league in assists.
One thing that goes ignored is Devonte very well may be in the lower 10% of FG shooting in the league.
He has a very respectable 3pt% (38.9) but his FG% (38.1) is abysmal. Why?

As "always", thanks for pointing out I pointed out (his) flaws.
Sorry if my pointing out facts/truth affects you in a negative manner in which you feel the need to express it. That's on you as much as it's on me. Right?
Like I said, the guy is having a great season and posted he is/was 33 in the league in scoring and #6 in assists. Thanks for choosing not to point out / comment about the positive/s in my post.
Have a nice day!

He was like this at Kansas too.
He's a streaky shooter who can get very hot and isn't afraid to hoist a shot up.
But it's also exactly what that team needs right now - Vonte and Rosier are Charlotte's best players. Woof.

It's not a flaw. In the NBA your 6ft PG doesn't need to be taking a bunch of 2s. Layups and 3s is all he needs to do scoring wise.

His "flaw" was glaring last night.

Oubre 22 points 9 rebounds. I believe he had 7 points and 5 boards in the 4th.
Devonte' - I get slammed for pointing out his "flaw/s" so I will refrain from posting what he did (or maybe I should say didn't do) last night.

Some posters only tolerate positive comments about KU fan favorites. Any perceived slight means you are a bad fan and provides them an excuse to be a dick. Others can handle it fine and respond with an adult response.
It has always been that way here. Post those comments at your own risk.

I haven't gotten to watch enough Charlotte games to have a feel for the kind of shot selection Graham is taking inside the arc. That 2 pt fg% is pretty awful. But as a 2nd year player who has shown tremendous growth, I am hopeful that it is on his list of offseason improvements to work on.

I love that Graham is getting this opportunity, especially so close to his family. Tons of Jayhawks putting up career highs this season.

His shot selection is fine. He's essentially got the green light from anywhere. I think it's just a result of having to shoot floaters and creative shots if he's inside the arc trying to get to the hoop due to the size/length/shot blocking ability of NBA 4s and 5s. It's not like he's missing wide open layups. I haven't looked at team stats in a few weeks, but I'm fairly certain that Charlotte plays at 1 of the slower paces in the NBA, so it's not like he's getting a ton of easy transition bucket opportunities. Honestly, they don't need him shooting 2s, and it's perfectly OK for most of his attempts and makes to come from 3pt land.

Graham is like 9 months older than Oubre.

So I guess the youngster came out on top in that one.
