When I rented in cities, I rented in places that didn't typically have HS-aged or college-aged tenants as my neighbors. Likely because it was cost-prohibitive.

Also, I rented in buildings where they would address the issue, if it ever came up. I only rented in places that had designated quiet hours for example.

In addition, my experience in steel/concrete constructed highrise buildings is I couldn't hear my neighbors at all.

You gotta pay a little more rent in these places, but it's worth it to avoid these specific situations.

I would agree if it wasnt just different verisons of basically the exact same whiny story over and over again. How many of these stories vary away from "stupid tourist, i hate my job, whine whine, everyone is dumb, im entitled to everything i want, how dumb are they right?....oh yea and this story problem never even happened. Dahar har".


I just get tired of the constant complaining. Seems to exist everywhere way too much these days. People should toughen up a little bit and deal with their own shit without thinking the world owes them.
