It would appear that way to people who want to see it that way.

No different than all the KSU and ISU people seeing the video of the KU-KSU ending and swearing that McCormack and Garrett stomped out that KSU guy who fell down.
I would say that tendency cuts both ways. The bottom line is that the Dems are still incredibly butt-hurt by the peoples’ rejection of Dowdy three years ago, and think that impeaching the President will make them feel relevant and powerful again. The hollow, empty feeling that awaits them is a truly fearful thing.
I know a lot of Dems and I have never heard anyone mad about that. I hear more that people are perplexed and mad that the people who had such an alleged problem with Clinton due to her being such a horribly corrupt, immoral person responded by putting this piece of shit in the White House.
He was the lesser of two evils. Dowdy in the White House would have been like having Seahawk as the face of our country. It would have been intolerable. I don’t think President Trump is a good person. I don’t think I’d like him if I met him, but he’s not Dowdy. That’s really what it boiled down to: a fat, ugly, mean, obstreperous, diaper-wearing corrupt old lady or her slightly less objectionable male counterpart. We chose Option B.

And that's your opinion and why you chose to vote a certain way, which is fine.

Again, I have never spoken to any Dems who feel that this impeachment proceeding is purely to feel better about Trump beating Clinton. Granted, I feel like I am one of just 3 or 4 white Democrats in this state some days but still. I just dont cross paths with anyone who seems to feel how you are portraying it.

It's as if you made up that portrayal based on your own feelings and assumptions on Dems and not anything real.

LOL

You can't be serious....it's been 3+ years of meltdown from the Dems about anything and everything.

And fwiw, pretty sure 95% of Republicans got over "Dowdy" the night she went into hiding as she realized she was not going to beat trump...it's your go to move though. Someone mentions Clinton and you classify it as them "not being able to get over her".... newsflash: the Republicans won the election. The left just doesn't like to be reminded that they helped get trump elected. Goes right into always blaming someone else and never taking ANY responsibility for their actions. Pointing out that there were only 2 choices is just reality.

Yer still all hung up on Dowdy.

The questions at hand today are 1. Whether potus abused his power by withholding foreign aid in exchange for investigating a rival for his own gain, and 2. Whether potus obstructed congress when they looked into it.

But hey, maybe your homies in the senate will mention Dowdy in their defense, you know, since actually discussing the facts is such a bad look otherwise.

Agreed. The fact that many are up in arms about constant lying, disgusting policies, terrible behavior, illegal activities, destroying our environment to fatten corporate pockets, a crippling tax break to big money corporations to pump up economy numbers, appalling treatment of our allies and world leaders and sucking up to scumbag dictators has nothing to do with Clinton.

I could fatten this list up by a factor of a thousand and still not list anything to do with Clinton.

I repeat.....The problems people have with Trump have nothing to do with Clinton.

And? You and other folks keep claiming that all this shit is happening only because Dems are mad that Trump beat Clinton. That's simply ridiculous.

The list of reasons to dislike the behaviors, actions, policies, statements, etc.... of this President are too long to list here and none of them would be "because he beat Clinton".

Did beating Clinton result in him being our President? Yes.

Does him being President result in him having access to do all these disgusting things? Yes.

Would I want to see him impeached if he beat Clinton and DIDN'T do what he is accused of doing? No.

So your dumbass hot take about this being because "we're mad that he beat Clinton" is simply wrong. It's because he is breaking the law and then obstructing the Congressional attempt to perform their responsibility to oversee his actions.

Precisely why I keep her on IGNORE. This bored is an infinitely more bearable place when you aren’t subjected to that level of psychotic vitriol.

Twocoach asked how one would be able to hold his nose and vote for DJT. I merely explained my reasoning and that of others I know. Not sure what there is to get over. We won.

Clinton left my mind a few weeks after the election.

What America got in her place is exactly what I assumed it would get.

A lying, cheating, narcissistic cry baby that would create a legacy of bullshit and horrible actions that will take 20 years to recover from...starting with the day that he is forcibly removed from office.
