During law school (natch), we came up with a fairly involved game where everyone* was split into the game's teams, and there were various "drink" consequences to game occurrences (i.e., your team throws a pick, you drink 3 or something).
* Everyone except for one person, who was the referee and who (1) enforced the rules, and (2) had his own rules (for when the refs in the game did things).
