Within the context of the terms of service. When you overstep the rules of the board, there are consequences.

Free Speech doesn't mean free of any consequences. You won't be arrested for calling your boss a fucking moron but there will still be unpleasant consequences that you must face. Your boss won't be violating your free speech rights for firing you.
