Though give me a sauce with that if not just a bottle of Valentinas.

Both.
I'd go tacos 9 outta 10 times.
Been making a lot of enchilladas lately though.

Makes sense, Doc.
Tacos are a festive taste sensation, while enchies are comfort food.
Perhaps you're seeking comfort, subliminally.

Re: Tacos v Enchiladas
best parts about tacos:
“finger food” and variety...i know you can get different enchiladas, obviously, but they don’t lend themselves to the variety in a single meal like tacos do

Beef enchiladas. Red sauce or Verde sauce. No variety needed.
But tacos are amazing as well. Steak tacos. Shrimp tacos. Chicken tacos.

Re: Tacos v Enchiladas
I used to hit up La Familia on New Hampshire back in college.
I'm forgetting the name of the special but you got a cheese enchilada, a beef enchilada and a taco for something like 7 bucks. Their salsa was the best in town.
RIP La Familia.

You like the oregano that was in their salsa.
Homemade salsa easy to make, and way better than jarred stuff anyway...that said, I really liked Senor Stan's when I lived back there. Could only get it at Dillon's at the time. Dude prolly dead, I don't know. Was a regular at Molly's, where I worked for way too long.
As far as enchilada's vs. tacos go, I'd go Tacos for the convenience and ease factor most days.
My mother in law makes some bomb ass homemade sauce, though for cheese and onion w/ beef enchiladas. I made it once with her, and it's definitely a labor of love, as it takes a good while to get the chile's boiled, strained, strained again. Then you still have to actually make it taste good. But so worth it.

No. I meant enchiladas are comfort food. Tacos are festive taste sensations. That's the distinction.
Do you have a dirty mind?
j/k, man

I simply stated that I hate the internets.
Don't project onto me, sir!
Even hating the internets, I still love some tacos and enchiladas.
