who ya got?
Re: who ya got?
Well, giving governmental agencies discounts to have the events at Trump Organization owned properties would also be problematic.
I have no issue with someone complaining about him renting his properties to governmental agencies. I don't like the practice of that either tbh. That should have stopped the moment he became president.

Great point, he personally saw little loss in the bankruptcies, he walked away with money while everyone else lost. You're correct, he is a successful conman. I'm sure the investors he bilked laugh a lot about how how silly bankruptcy is.IllinoisJayhawk wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2020 3:15 pm The bankrupt stuff is a little silly. This seems to have become your go-to move. A partisan chameleon who has drifted between parties, who has a history of racism and of sexual harassment, who is using his billions to buy the nomination of a party he didn't belong to until deciding to run for POTUS and then to buy the presidency.
He's Trump, only not.
Posters here are sympathetic because he divides the nation along line they favor (guns, most notably), but he has done far more to divide the nation that pre-presidency Trump could ever have imagined.
Additionally, people who've worked for him will differ with you on the vindictiveness part.

His partners/investors knew he didn't sign personally. It's right there on the loan docs. It's always amazing that in 1 post Trump's and giant idiot (which he is)....and then in the next I'm supposed to believe he's some mastermind conman who out witted all these must be uneducated (super rich) partners / investors. It just gives me the lulz.
I'm sure he's fucked over contractors (I vaguely remember stories posted here). It's not that uncommon when real estate development deals go south unfortunately. It's why a lot of banks don't touch those deals as well. High risk.... but his partners and investors knew exactly how their deals were structured..or at least they should have been if they were into high dollar RE development projects. That's on them. They weren't conned into anything.

He's everything you dreamed Obama would be. And Clinton before him. He's the man who's going to make the dumdums in dumdumville stop acting like dumdums -- or else pay the price (in consumption taxes, presumably). He's everything you've always wanted, a little Trump of your own, only likely to be far more effective.

A newly uncovered video shows Democratic presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg in 2019 describing transgender people as “he, she, or it” and “some guy in a dress” who enters girls locker rooms — invoking a conservative cliché as he argued that transgender rights are toxic for presidential candidates trying to reach Middle America.

Not necessarily, he's making the case that we common folk aren't aware enough of LGBTQ issues because it's not important to us. Watching DC defend the Trump crime family is depressing. I thought he possessed some integrity but I guess not.
