NCAA 19-20
Re: NCAA 19-20
In a sense, you're betting that KU has a maximum of 2 more losses and doesn't get upset in the 1st round of the B12 tourney - which seems like a likely scenario ( 1 or fewer losses in regular season, not upset 1st round ).
Re: NCAA 19-20
A whole lot can happen between today and selection Sunday.
I think we would still be a 1 seed if we lost to Baylor and got to the Championship game of the Big 12 Tourney.
SDSU and Dayton lose, they are probably out as possible 1 seeds. Although, SDSU would still probably have a slight shot.
Is Duke really on the bubble? I say if they win out they will no doubt be a 1 seed - but I see them losing a game. Hopefully. Yes, losing to SFA at home should matter but it's looking like SFA is a conference winner and a tourney team.
I think Maryland would have to win out or possibly they could lose 1 regular seasons and win the Big 10 Tourney and be a 1 seed.

Or maybe he just likes good teams.IllinoisJayhawk wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 11:16 am Creighton SDSU and the Zags.

I would HATE that final four. Puts KU in a bad spot, no win situation. Plus we seem to do better against traditional powers.IllinoisJayhawk wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 11:16 am Creighton SDSU and the Zags.

That would be the anti-2008. If you loose, everyone says "Couldn't win a final four with 3 mid-major teams?!?!?!?" If you win, welp, you were supposed to.
I only came to kick some ass...
Rock the fucking house and kick some ass.

Well it's 3 teams that can't match our talent, so I'd take it from that standpoint.
I don't really care the narrative surrounding a hypothetical chip, though.

creighton is in the big east. They have more road wins over teams in the top 25 than any other school.

How's it go? 16/9/13/15/16/16?CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:18 pm Well it's 3 teams that can't match our talent, so I'd take it from that standpoint.

Co-worker just showed me pics of the All Star game. Cal sat in the seat in front of him. Said Cal made a point of telling multiple people he had 3 guys playing in the game.
I assume Cal knows those 3 would still be playing in the game if they never attended Kentucky.
Always a salesman.

I wonder which NBA All Star Game has had the fewest aggregate years of college basketball experience.Grandma wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 1:49 pm Co-worker just showed me pics of the All Star game. Re: NCAA 19-20
That would be interesting to know.
I'm curious as to how many all-stars in the 80s played 3 or more years of college ball. I have to figure the majority of them did.

Re: NCAA 19-20
I thought the teens might do it b/c of Kobe and KG, and 2013 is probably a candidate:
KD - 1 year CBB
Kobe - 0
Blake - 2
CP3 - 2
Dwight Howard - 0
Melo - 1
LeBron - 0
Wade - 2
Bosh - 1
KG - 0
On the benches you have Tony Parker and Tyson Chandler - 0 years. OAD guys: Harden, Deng, Brook Lopez, Jrue Holiday, Kyrie Irving.

Let's get more 0's in the NBA please.

Harden played 2. So did Lopez.
