Isn't it a sad day when we are debating which unpatriotic deranged rapist's word to take seriously?

Gotta be some Russian based banks that are willing to do out of market lending! Amirite?
Not sure that "banks" or "lending" is exactly the word, but yes this is generally how all of this bullshit seems to have began.

Or, it's how all of this bullshit came to be, at least.
I assumed everyone would find this boring, so I don't post about it:

"Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

round about the end of the summer, the SCOTUS will decide if the banks need to give up the relevant documents...then we’ll see how much corruption actually matters to the electorate

Looks like Rohrabacher is confirming Assange's assertion:

Trump's response, predictably, is "Who is this Rohrabacher you speak of?" despite numerous pieces of evidence to the contrary.

Since anything having to do with Assange has to be taken with the coarsest-available grains of salt...I'd say this confirmation suggests there's actually something here to pay attention to.

Or, I would say that, if it wasn't the case that even a direct Trump link to this would still not matter one little bit.

As I understand the story, this "revelation" was never in question and, indeed, the WSJ reported it three years ago.

The catch has always been that that Kelly wouldn't let Rohrbacher anywhere near Trump -- which Rohrbacher confirms in the Isikoff piece:

Rohrabacher said that not only did talk of a Trump pardon take place during his meeting, but he also followed up by calling then White House chief of staff John Kelly to discuss the proposal. He did not, however, ever speak to Trump about it, he said.

Living in Idaho following this crazy story. She’s just biding her time until July 22, when Jesus will come and unlock her jail cell.
