I dont know anyone who thinks Bernie or Trump is the right option. How did we get here and how do we get away.

As a formerly ardent Trump supporter who is experiencing a fair amount of buyer's remorse, I have pondered the same question. Sadly, it doesn't look like the pickin's are going to be any better in 2020.

But you didn't have a better option in 2016. Jill Stein might have been better, but she had no chance. I would have no regret choosing Trump over Clinton, but I agree with you that he hasn't held up his promises very well.

The use of the N-Word by white people is not OKAY under any circumstances. Some of you think it is, as long as it's for the lulz....but you're wrong and black people would tell you that you're wrong. We don't need to recap it again. I showed the thread to a POC and their response was "why do so many white people not understand this shit". So there's that. I also posted multiple articles to help some of you understand the WHY it's not okay, but none of you gave a shit enough to read it and try to learn something. Fwiw, I'm not from some small hick town. Went to schools and grew up playing sports with a lot of POC. Some of you clearly didn't and have some trouble understanding racial sensitivities and proper conduct when it comes to issues of race or more specifically the use of the N word.

Also, I wasn't being offended FOR ANYONE ELSE. I was offended for myself because its embarrassing when other white people do shit like that and refuse to listen to how POC feel about whites using the word....because it seems some of you think you know better than POC do. Which, according to many POC, isn't uncommon.
