DMac is 2 years away. He will be good in his junior season and really good in his senior season. Him blowing up next year feels like wishful thinking. Even his best current attribute, trying hard, is something he doesn't do in the right amount yet.

I still think Duke is his Plan B to be chosen only if both Dok and Lawson stay. I think Self's frank comments about Dok most likely not coming back next year were meant for Hurt's ears in response to the Duke "momentum".
