Yes, Arthur was awesome. I wonder what kinda numbers he woulda put up if he didn’t share front court minutes with 3 other pros.
Exactly. Arthur is very underrated

I'm fine with the argument of no freshmen but if that's your argument and you don't have the best senior and player to ever play under Self starting, well, might as well not have the argument.
Frank Mason starts on any team.
If the PG you are starting doesn't shit the bed at Sprint, maybe we have another title.
Frank was our most explosive scorer ever probably. I liked the idea of bringing that off the bench as a spark plug. And thought mario and devonte would pair very well. both good on or off the ball and would be very interchangable. bigger athletes. I agree with you that senior frank was the best player/season we've had from anybody. Just liked the way that rotation could play

Among other things, Frank was the most consistent college player I've ever seen. Everybody knew we were running everything through him, and other teams schemed explicitly to check him, yet he still got his 20/5/5 on the reg.
Death, Taxes, and BIFM.

for real.
I've been throwing around my all-Self 8 man rotation and right now I'm going with this:
Dok
McMorris
Rush
Chalmers
Mason
Embiid
Wiggins
Dotson
The hardest to leave off is prob Graham, but the lineup already has 2.75 point guards. Besides, I wanted to build a rotation with a bench that comes in and speeds the game up. That bench absolutely torches any other team's 2nd unit. Lots of 15-2 type runs mid-1st half, then the starters come back in fresh.
Big man durability might be an issue, but for hypos like these let's assume everyone is healthy and eligible. And it's a little small ball-y, but I'm embracing it. Heck, I almost started Rush or Wiggins at the 4.
Not sure I see a good argument for Chalmers over Graham. I'd have Graham over Dotson, also.

I'm not sure Newman really counted. If he does, then put him a spot ahead of Elijah for me, I guess?

Unless he is ordering by favorites, Cascadias list is pretty bad. Like, almost trolling bad.

I think JFish's list is good.
I'd flip Devon and Tyshawn...and this is tough but I think you put Devon over even Mario ( though I do think Rio with 5 more shot attempts a game could have put up Dotson numbers -- certainly shoot a better 3PT% than 30 -- but that didn't happen at KU ).
RussRob beats Elijah.
Is this the ball handler guard list b/c there might be other candidates?
1. Frank
2. Vonte
3. Sherron
4a. Devon
4b. Mario
6. Ty Ty
7. Miles
8. Newman
9. Russ Rob
10. Elijah
11. Tharpe
12. Selby

Russ’s and Elijah’s numbers were closer than I thought.
And I know I might not give Sherron enough credit, but I also think too many fans disregard the fact his career was trending downward before he even left KU...

Ah. Well on peak season, it might be more like:
1 - Frank
t-2 - Tyshawn
t-2 - Devonte
t-2 - Sherron
t-2 - Devon
6 - Mario
7 - Aaron
8 - Elijah
9 - Russ
10 - Getting punched in the dick by Elijah Johnson
11 - Naadir

Chalmers 08 season was better than Tyshawn's 12 ( entire season ).
Same with Devon's season.
Same with Sherron's 09 season.
Certainly same with Vonte's 2018 season.

That’s fair, I think I really just wanted a reason to kick Naadir out of my list
