Frank Mason would have been alright enough to get the ball to McLemore, Embiid and Wiggins.
yes but sadly frank mason was behind naadir on the depth chart. young frank wasn't quite ready to lead a team of other freshman but he took that huge sophomore leap when given opportunity
Frank also played behind Frankamp at the end of the season, but favoring upperclassmen was a big blunder by Bill in those days--Mason should have been starting the whole year after the Duke game. Bill no longer does that, even to his detriment (Grimes).

Wait, if he wasn’t playing Grimes, then who else was he supposed to play?
Charlie?
Lagerald?

And I think Frank started at least a game or two his freshman year just cuz of Naadir’s knuckleheadedness

Frank seems a little down on twitter, understandably.
I think he would absolutely kill it overseas. Like, more than Langford kill it.

Yes, I also noticed Frank is kind of openly sharing ("crying out") that he is struggling.
I agree he would "kill it" overseas.
I have noticed Cliff is making a decent living (in Korea), playing the game he enjoys playing, and even has fans who like him and cheer for him.
Not getting arrested by Chicago cops - who were actually somewhat cool to him.

Yeah, I've noticed that Cliff seems to be in a really good spot but had no reason to mention it until now. I bet he wishes he was mentally where he's at now when he was 18-22ish. The fans in Asia and New Zealand especially love the American players. That's something that someone like Cliff needs.

With Frank, I think the things that NBA GM's don't like about him (size, transition D) just wouldn't matter in Euros. His G League stint points to him being a 20+ PPG scorer over there and would get paid handsomely. At 26 years old, he could play a decade and not work again.

Mario’s Miracle or whatever obviously reigns, but Svi for 3 is right up there as far as tournament moments go.
(also Malik in overtime dear lord!)

Also Grayson Allen is so much of a bitch that I’m not even gonna afford him a pun about tripping.
Good to see MCMo playing.
Perhaps the most impressive stat for Joel last night was his going 13 for 13 from the free throw line.
Games played 1/6/21....
BMac has been out for a long time. I have not seen anywhere that he actually has/had the Rona but its been said he has been self-isolating. He was "cleared" to return on Monday and now they are saying he's working on his "conditioning".

yeah, I’d seen him listed out due to isolation or whatever, but not explicitly due to illness.

This morning I just went by the ESPN designation/declaration.

I think it was illy that said Oubre's trade would show that he's better than Wiggins.
Again, goes back to the "Wiggins hasn't played like some other #1 picks, therefore he's terrible."
