-12 sounds pretty enticing to take, but I can see Self trying out some funky ass lineups tomorrow.

You bet on KU, you might be betting on Tristan and TGF to combine for 20+.

Yeah, no, I don't see Self playing any games less than straight-up from here on out. We sucked for a month.

Yep. He has his 7 man rotation and that is who he is going to stick with from this point on.

Well, last night just seemed funky, unless he has completely given up on Harris and Tristan.

They kept Baylor to 11 and WVU to 4 at home.
They also got smacked by Texas Tech.
I think we'll win by at least 8 and at most, 24 - so if I were betting, i'd take KU -12.

I think if Bryce struggles, you'll still see Enaruna.
If he plays like he did last night, not so much, and doyel's 'goodbye Tristan' narrative gets some smoke.

I think so. Bryce can play all 4 guard spots and I think self wants to ply 7 rather than 8.

Just seems a little strange that he came to that conclusion while Bryce was doing mostly conditioning drills for a month.

That said, I hope you're right. Defined roles might help this team.

OU @ WVU tomorrow right before us - dunno the line but i'm guessing WVU by 5 or so.
If you really care about finishing 2nd, you'll be pulling for OU.

Does anyone know if there is a minimum number a conference games a team has to play in order to win the league this year? Seems like Baylor could just keep getting covid and win the league at 9-0

I’m pretty Scott Drew and his crew are faking that. It’ll be funny if they go into the tournament missing games and get knocked out by a hot shooting mid-major.

I'll be pissed if we're 13-6 and Baylor wins the conference going like 10-1

Agreed, but I've never heard if there is a minimum number of games required.

I'd think anything less than 15 should not count. I'm not trying to deny that Baylor is the best team in the league, nor am I trying to back door a title for KU. I don't think we'll finish 2nd anyway. But Baylor might only play 12 games at the MOST. That's way too many missed games to be considered a league winner

Any less than 18 games played and the league shouldn’t declare a champion. Nothing has been clinched by Baylor. It’s utter incompetency to have multiple 14+ day shutdowns. Figure it out idiots.

Whatever the number is for Baylor to be champion is what I think the minimum should be.

If they play 14 games and finish 13-1 and a team is 13-5, sorry Baylor, then you share, and you're the 2 seed in the tourney.

Well that's clearly not how they're doing it since we are tied for first in wins and are in third place.

I think that’s a fair standing for now with the assumption of them having a full conference season.

Would be some bullshit for them to win with the chance left on the table they could loose.

Thing is...how/when will they actually make up those games?

Seems impossible given the B12 tourney schedule.

So Baylor has another game "postponed" and now has only 3 conference games left on the schedule. This is really becoming a joke.
