What is Wilson like in colder stadiums? Really the only question in my mind. Even then, I would just use the data to try leverage to a better deal. He and Mahomes are the best IMHO. Gutter will be insufferable.

Seattle can get chilly ( but not sub arctic like Chicago ) but the dude did play in Wisconsin in college.

I doubt the price for Wilson will be as high as some think. Has to be less than the Stafford trade.
I personally think Wilson is the most overrated QB in the NFL.

If the Bears don't get Wilson or Watson they might as well keep Trubisky.

Wilson has led Staford in QB rating every season but one since Wilson joined the NFL. He has made 7 more pro bowls and has a SB title ( should have 2 if they run the damn ball ).
It’s going to take two firsts and either a good player or another first or second.

Depending on what rumors you want to believe, most feel the Seahawks want AT LEAST Mack or Hicks and 2 first rounders.
I am going to predict the Bears get Sam Darnold.

That's the Detroit affect.
See: Barry Sanders, Calvin Johnson
And Wilson should have audibled.

Chiefs have shown you can win with a passable defense, Chicago should simply do the trade. They have a good nucleus to be in the window now. Darnold or Trubitsky will break the window. Mahomes has convinced me that an above average quarterback and good coach will get you tickets to watch the Superbowl. Reasonably good seats. Montana almost led an average Chiefs team to the SB had he not been bounced off the parking lot turf in Buffalo. Dilfer is the outlier. Trubisky could benefit from a 1984 Bears defense, but it is so much harder in a league based on passing now.

Happy for Dak. Seems like a good dude. Bet on himself, and won.
The injury actually might have made the Cowboys realize you need a QB, and he’s a good one.

Kyle Long would be a better addition considering Watson's price tag.
Of course, Long will sign with the Kansas City Patriot . . . er Chiefs.

Miami could very well start the season with Kenny Golladay, Davante Parker and Devonta Smith.
Tua would have to be excited about that.

Chiefs releasing both Schwartz and Fisher.
They have to have a FA in the bag to make that move.

Russ Wil to the Bears today? I say NOPE but the optimists are thinking yes.
https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/bears ... -done-soon
P.S. I very well may be wrong but I feel there is a better chance Deshaun Watson is the Bears QB than Russel Wilson. The only thing that I can imagine would prevent the Bears from going after Watson would be that it's ultimately egg in their faces for not drafting him in 2017.

I'm surprised but I'm not considering the severity of the injuries they suffered.
Good for Mitch. He can be a full time chef and dog dad.
End of an era for Big Fish. Walks away with a ring and quietly a Ring of Honor type career.

Plenty hated the pick of Fish in 2013. 8 seasons later, he's arguably been the best OT of that class and outlasted his direct counterpart in Luke Joeckel, by a lot.

Was that the year before Luck? I think it was. Felt like the Chiefs finally got the #1 pick and it was one year before a potential franchise QB. It just wasn't a sexy pick but like you stated it proved its worth over time because of how consistent he was.
